马惠玲，女， 1964年1月生，河南安阳人。

　　教授，汉语国际教育、语言学及应用语言学专业硕士生导师，河南省汉语国际教育教指委委员。曾任河南大学国际交流处副处长、党委研究生工作部副部长、研究生院教育管理办公室副主任。1986年7月毕业于河南大学中文系获文学学士学位；2002年6月，获河南大学汉语言文字学专业文学硕士学位；2006年1月获复旦大学汉语言文字学专业文学博士学位。1986年7月开始从事对外汉语教学工作，2004年1月至2005年2月受国家汉办委派至日本亚细亚国际交流奖学财团开展HSK指导和汉语教学工作。承担过留学生初中级综合课、口语课、听力课、阅读课、写作课等课程，硕士生《汉语作为第二语言教学理论与实践》、《汉语作为第二语言教学法》、《语言要素的教学》等课程的教学工作。

　　主要研究方向为汉语国际教育、汉语修辞学和文化语言学。工作以来发表学术论文30余篇，参与完成国家社科基金项目4项，主持完成省部级项目3项、厅级项目4项，出版教材和著作5部。被评为2006年度河南省教育厅学术技术带头人。

Resume of Ma Huiling

Professor Ma Huiling, female, born in Anyang, Henan Province in January 1964, is the current deputy dean of International School for Chinese Language and Culture of Henan University, a supervisor of students majoring in Chinese International Education, Linguistics and Applied Linguistics, and a member of Henan Province Committee for Chinese International Education and Teaching. She was the former deputy director of the International Affairs Office of Henan University, the deputy secretary of the Graduate Affairs Office for the Party Committee of Henan University, the deputy director of the Educational Management Office for the Graduate School of Henan University.

Ma Huiling received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Chinese Language and Literature Department of Henan University in July 1986, a Master of Arts degree in Chinese Philology from Henan University in June 2002 and a Doctor of Arts degree in Chinese Philology from Fudan University in January 2006.

Ma Huiling was engaged in teaching Chinese as a foreign language from July 1986. Accredited by the National Chinese Office to the Asian International Exchange Scholarship Consortium of Japan, she launched out into the instruction of HSK and Chinese language teaching from January 2004 to February 2005. The courses she taught the international students are elementary and secondary comprehensive courses, speaking, listening, reading and writing courses and postgraduates course such as theories and methodology for teaching Chinese as a second language, pedagogy for teaching Chinese as a second language and teaching of linguistic elements.

Ma Huiling’s major research fields cover teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages, Chinese rhetoric and cultural linguistics. Since she entered the work world, she has published more than 30 research papers and 5 monographs and textbooks, participated in completing 4 national social science foundation projects of China, directed and completed 3 provincial and ministerial projects and 4 projects of Education Department. Ma Huiling was named leader of academic and technological professionals by Henan Province Education Department in 2006.
