Dear International Students:

我校五一放假时间为2026年5月1日（周五）至2026年5月5日（周二），共5天。5月9日（周六）上班、上课。为确保大家假期安全，现将国际学生假期注意事项提醒如下，请认真阅读并相互告知。

The International Labor Day will be from Friday, 1 May 2026 to Tuesday, 5 May 2026. Classes will resume on May 9th (Saturday).

In order to ensure that everyone has a safe and happy vacation, the relevant matters are reminded as follows:

注意事项：

1.假期留校同学，应自觉遵守学生公寓管理相关规定，不留宿其他学生。

For students who stay on campus during the vacation, please abide by the relevant regulations of international students’ dormitory and do not accommodate other students.

2.注意安全用电，不使用煤油炉、电热水壶、直板夹、吹风机等违规电器。厨房是使用炊具的唯一场地。

Keep alert when using electricity, do not use illegal electrical appliances such as, kerosene stoves, electric kettles, hair irons and hairdryer in the room. The kitchen is the only place where cooking appliances are allowed to use.

3.在厨房用电时，本人必须在现场，做到人走断电。

When using electricity in the kitchen, the student must be present and ensure that the power is turned off when leaving.

4.不在宿舍内吸烟，宿舍内不得使用明火，禁止存放易燃、易爆物品。不在校园内燃放烟花爆竹，升放氢气球、孔明灯等。

Smoking, using open flames, and storing flammable and explosive materials are prohibited in the dormitory. It is strictly prohibited to set off fireworks, lift hydrogen balloons, sky lanterns on campus.

5.禁止非法务工、涉毒或参与非法宗教活动。严禁在校园内组织或参加宗教活动，如有相关需求，请前往合法宗教场所进行。举办活动需提前3个工作日向学院报批。

No illegal employment, drug-related activities, or unauthorized religious gatherings. It is strictly prohibited to organize or participate in religious activities on campus. For any religious activities, please go to legal religious venues.Holding activities require approval 3 working days in advance.

6. 严禁无证/酒后驾驶；骑行电动车必须佩戴头盔，且电动车不可载人。

No unlicensed/drunk driving; helmets mandatory for E-bike riders. E-bikes are not allowed to carry passengers.

7.密切关注气象部门发布的天气预警信息。如遇大雨、大风等极端天气，尽量避免外出。若在户外，需尽快寻找安全的室内场所躲避，不要在临时建筑物、广告牌、大树等附近停留，以防被砸伤。

Pay close attention to the weather forecasts and alerts issued by the meteorological authorities. In case of extreme weather such as heavy rain and strong winds, try to avoid going out. If you are outdoors, find a safe indoor place to take shelter as soon as possible. Do not stay near temporary buildings, billboards, or big trees to prevent being hit.
