亲爱的同学们：根据学校关于2026年端午节放假安排的通知，现将有关事项通知如下：

Dear students, according to the school's notice regarding the 2026 Dragon Boat Festival holiday schedule, the relevant arrangements are as follows:

一、放假时间

2026年6月19日（周五）至2026年6月21日（周日），共计3天。

June 19 (Friday) to June 21 (Sunday), 2026.

1. 离校报备

Departure Reporting

离汴同学需在小程序内登记，并在返汴后24小时内至辖区派出所完成住宿登记更新。

Students who leave Kaifeng should register in mini program and update accommodation registration at local Police Station within 24 hours of return.

2.遵纪守法

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

（1）严格遵守中国法律法规及校规。

Strictly abide by Chinese laws, regulations, and university rules.

（2）禁止非法务工、涉毒或参与非法宗教活动。严禁在校园内组织或参加宗教活动，如有相关需求，请前往合法宗教场所进行。

No illegal employment, drug-related activities, or unauthorized religious gatherings. It is strictly prohibited to organize or participate in religious activities on campus. For any religious activities, please go to legal religious venues.

（3）举办活动需提前3个工作日向学院报批。

Holding activities require approval 3 working days in advance.

3. 交通安全

Traffic safety

（1）在中国驾驶机动车，须持有效中国驾驶证。

   A valid Chinese driving license is required to drive motor vehicles in China.

（2）乘车全程系安全带，核对车辆信息，拒乘无资质黑车。

Fasten your seatbelt throughout the ride. Verify vehicle information. Never take unlicensed vehicles.

（3）公共交通有序乘车，勿探身窗外，妥善保管财物。

Board public transport in order. Keep all body parts inside. Take good care of your belongings.

（4）骑行佩戴头盔，守规则，不逆行、不超速、不违规载人。

Wear a helmet when riding. Follow traffic rules. No wrong-way riding, speeding or illegal passenger carrying.

（5）步行遵守交规，走人行横道，不边走边看手机。

Obey traffic rules when on foot. Use crosswalks. Do not use mobile phones while walking.

4.出行安全

Travel safety

（1）通过正规渠道购买车票、机票、景区票以及预订酒店，拒绝搭乘超载、非法营运车辆。

   Purchase train tickets, air tickets, scenic area tickets and book hotels through official channels. Refuse to take overloaded or illegally operated vehicles.

（2）选择正规的、具有经营资质的旅行商，选择有旅游标志、已开发的景区游览，不要深入未开发的或自然条件恶劣的区域。不在危险水域附近逗留。

   Choose legitimate and qualified travel agents. Choose scenic spots with tourism signs and developed areas for sightseeing, and do not venture into undeveloped areas or areas with harsh natural conditions. Do not linger near dangerous waters.

（3）旅途中要注意财物安全，妥善保管贵重物品和重要证件。不要向不明身份的人汇款或转账，不要将自己的信息告诉陌生人。

   During the journey, pay attention to the safety of property and properly keep valuable items and important documents. Do not remit or transfer money to unidentified individuals, and do not disclose your information to strangers.

5. 防诈反诈

Beware of scams

警惕兼职刷单、假冒使领馆等电信诈骗，拒接可疑来电，切勿点击不明链接。

Reject suspicious calls (e.g., fake part-time job offers or embassy impersonation). Do not click on unknown links.

6. 网络文明

Online Civility

自觉遵守网络法律法规，文明上网，不传播不实信息、低俗内容或参与网络暴力。尊重他人隐私，共同维护健康的网络环境。

Comply with online laws and regulations, surf the internet responsibly, and refrain from spreading false information, vulgar content, or participating in cyberbullying. Respect others' privacy and help maintain a healthy online environment.

7. 防溺水安全

No Unauthorized Swimming

严禁在无安全设施、无救援人员的江河、湖泊、池塘等野外水域游泳或戏水，谨防溺水事故发生。如需游泳，请选择正规游泳馆并做好安全防护。

Swimming or playing in unregulated outdoor water bodies (rivers, lakes, ponds, etc.) without safety facilities or lifeguards is strictly prohibited. To swim safely, choose authorized swimming pools and take necessary precautions.

8. 宿舍管理

Dormitory rules

（1）归寝与访客：每日23:00前返回宿舍，禁止留宿其他人员。

   Curfew & Visitor Policies: Return by 11:00 PM daily; accommodating other people in the dorm is not allowed.

（2）用电安全：禁止使用大功率违规电器；严禁私拉电线。

Electrical Safety: Prohibit the use of illegal electrical appliances such as electric boiling pots. No unauthorized wiring or "flying charger" cables.

（3）行为规范：宿舍内禁止吸烟、酗酒、饲养宠物、存放易燃易爆物品；夜间22:00后降低音量，避免影响他人。

Prohibited behaviors: Smoking, binge drinking, pet keeping, or storing flammable items. Maintain quiet after 10:00 PM.

9. 如遇紧急情况，请第一时间报告辅导员。
