A letter to all international students(II)

亲爱的同学们：

大家好！

Dear students,

Greetings!

再次感谢大家在过去的一段时间里对学校疫情防控工作的支持!目前，新冠肺炎疫情形势有所变化，全体国际学生的健康安全始终是学校最重要的关切，为早日战胜疫情、回归正常愉快的校园生活，学校向大家发出如下提示：

Thank you again for your support for the university’s epidemic prevention and control work in the past days! At present, the situation of epidemic has changed. The health and safety of all international students still remain the top concern of the university. In order to resume our normal campus life sooner, the university issue the following tips to everyone:

1. 每一位同学，无论你身处任何国家、任何地方，都要严格遵守所处地区的防控规定，疫情就是战役，服从命令是不二选择。

1) Every student, no matter where you are in the world, must strictly abide by the prevention and control regulations in your area. Given the urgency and seriousness of epidemic spreading around the world, to follow the regulation is the best choice for your safety.

2. 关于开学时间，请等待学校通知，接到开学通知前，请不要购买机票返校。尽量减少不必要的外出，譬如旅游。根据中国疫情防控经验，宅在家中是最安全的选择之一。

2) Regarding the beginning time of new term, please wait for the final notice of university, and do not buy your return flight before receiving the notice. Unnecessary travel should be avoided. According to the epidemic control and prevention experience in China, staying at home is one of the safest choices.

3. 如有特殊情况自身位置发生变动时，一定要第一时间告诉学院老师，以便学校在特殊情况下提供必要的帮助。请相信，河南大学留学生身份会为您的健康多提供一份支持和保障。

3) If there is any change in your stay under special circumstances, you must inform the college teacher as soon as possible so that the school can provide necessary assistance in your case. Please believe that Henan University will always provide firm support and consistent protection for the health of our students.

4.请认真履行个人事项汇报，为新学期开学后顺利返校做好相应的准备。

4) Please fulfill the personal report carefully in preparation for your return to school after the start of the new semester.

5.如您或同住家人出现发热、干咳、乏力以及呼吸困难等症状，一定及时反馈给你的导师、班主任、辅导员和国家代表，以便我们了解情况并提供必要的咨询和帮助。

5) If you or your family members have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, fatigue, and breathing difficulty, you must timely give feedback to your tutor, class teacher, counselor and national representative so that we can understand the situation and provide necessary advice and help.

6.所有学生（包括新录取学生和老生）在接到学校官方开学通知前，请不要来校报到。未经河南大学外籍教师与留学生工作专班批准擅自到校报到的学生，将首先按开封市和河南大学疫情防控工作相关规定实施集中隔离，由此产生的费用需学生自理，学生还要承担相应的违纪处理及涉及的法律责任（该项规定适用于所有学生）。学校官方发布具体开学时间后，我们会通过微信群、邮件等方式通知，并将返校申请表等文件发送给同学们。

6) All students (including newly admitted and old students) should not come to school until you receive the official school announcement. Students who return to school without approval of the special committee of foreign teachers and international students of Henan University will first be placed in centralized quarantine at their own expenses in accordance with the relevant regulations of Kaifeng City and Henan University on epidemic prevention and control. Additionally, students should also undertake corresponding disciplinary and legal responsibilities (this rule applies to all students). After the school officially announces the specific start time, we will notify students by WeChat group, email and other methods, and send documents such as return application forms to students.

同学们，防控疫情时不我待，让我们继续同舟共济、再接再厉、从我做起、有令即行。

Dear students, we are now at the critical moment of control and prevention of the epidemic. Let us join hands and persist in this task, making effort from every individual and abiding by the requirements.
